1.1 Each Recurring Monthly membership sold is subject to terms and conditions of use which can be viewed here on this Web Site.
1.2 Recurring Monthly membership subscriptions are available to purchase via a
QR code / link on site at either of our venues.
1.3 Recurring Monthly membership subscriptions allow the use of any of our venues from the first date of subscription up until cancellation by you or alien rock if recurring payment is not made. Recurring payments will be taken on the same day each month at an initial rate of £42 per month. We reserve the right to increase this in the future but will inform you in suitable time to allow you to cancel if that new price does not meet your needs.
1.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time via this link https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR66sr8537ua0HmdQQ or through Stripe manage your subscription page , although no refund will be given. In this event Your subscription shall continue to run up until your renewal date. During this time you may use any of our venues freely as normal. On nonpayment of the renewal fee your Recurring Monthly membership subscription will end, and you will be required to pay any normal entry fees.
1.5 No contract for the sale of any Recurring Monthly membership subscription will subsist between you and Alien Rock, unless your order is confirmed by way of an email detailing that payment has been received in full, the content of the Recurring Monthly membership purchased and confirming your details. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Alien Rock sends the Confirmation to you via Stripe.com The Confirmation amounts to an acceptance by Alien Rock of your offer to buy a Recurring Monthly membership subscription from Alien Rock.
1.6 You must check that the details of the Confirmation are correct and keep a copy of it.
1.7 Payment shall be taken on our behalf by Stripe.com as our payments processor by credit or debit card.
1.8 You undertake that all details you provide to Alien Rock for the purpose of ordering Recurring Monthly membership subscription are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Recurring Monthly membership ordered at payment date and going forward.
1.9 In order to protect your details during ordering, Stripe.com uses a software package known as Secured Sockets Layer (SSL), which is indicated by a locked padlock icon.
1.10 All Recurring Monthly memberships subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances by Alien Rock. Any query regarding refunds etc should be made to manager@alienrock.co.uk
1.11 All specific arrangements regarding your use of alien rock at dates and times will be subject to Alien Rocks normal opening times and dates, as they appear within Alien Rock or on this website. We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet your requirements but cannot guarantee any specific date or time.
1.12 Nothing in the Recurring Monthly membership terms and conditions. or any additional terms and conditions applicable to a Recurring Monthly membership subscription alter or affect your statutory rights.
3.1 This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Alien Rock do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Alien Rock negligence or wilful default, or that of Alien Rock employees, agents or subcontractor or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
3.2 In the event that Alien Rock breach their contract with you, Alien Rock shall be responsible only for refunding the cost of the Recurring Monthly membership. Alien Rock shall not be liable to pay any other compensation or losses suffered by you as a consequence of Alien Rock breach of contract.
3.3 Alien Rock agree to provide the services for which the Recurring Monthly membership subscription was purchased, in accordance with the description on the Web Site, at all times with reasonable skill and care. Alien Rock make no other warranty or representation.
The Web Site is protected by copyright, and other intellectual property rights and laws. You may view the Web Site and download part(s) of it to a personal computer for personal viewing for private purpose, but for no other purpose whatsoever.
